Muffin Cakes

Finally found the right combo for scrummy Muffin Cake! 

Oven at 175 degrees C
2oz Butter
5oz sugar 
2 eggs
6oz flour (sifted to add air)
2oz milk
pinch of salt

Blend butter and sugar together then add the eggs one at a time.

Add in the flour, salt and milk a little at a time until fully incorporated.

Put half the mixture into chosen recepticle, add in a mix of sugar and cinnamon
then top up with miture and remaining cinnamon on top.

Put in the over for 30-60minsuntil golden brown or skewer comes out clean.
